Returns & Exchanges

All Oblong Box Co apparel is made to order. Nothing is printed until you hit buy, which means we can't accept returns or exchanges for sizing or "changed my mind" reasons. Check the size chart on each product page before you order.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, email us at support@oblongboxco.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll get you a free replacement or a refund, no questions asked.

Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages
Double check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or an unclaimed delivery, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment. Reshipping costs may apply if the error was on the customer's end.

Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you never received your order, or your package appears lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can file a claim.

How to Start a Claim
Email support@oblongboxco.com with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the issue. We handle every claim personally and work directly with our production partner to make it right.
