Shipping
Every order is printed and shipped by our production partner once you hit buy. Because each item is made specifically for you, please allow a little extra time compared to stocked inventory.

Production Time
Most orders are printed and ready to ship within 2-7 business days, depending on the product. Embroidered items (like hats) can take a bit longer than printed apparel.

Shipping Time
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days within the US. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it's on the way.

Total Time to Arrival
Add production time and shipping time together for a realistic estimate. Most orders arrive within 5-12 business days from the date you order, though this can vary by product and location.

International Orders
International customers (outside of the United States) may be responsible for customs fees or import duties, which are outside our control. Shipping and delivery times may vary.

Order Tracking
Tracking info is sent to the email you used at checkout. If tracking shows no movement for several days or shows delivered but you never received it, contact us at support@oblongboxco.com within 30 days so we can look into it.

Address Errors
Double check your shipping address before submitting your order. We can't be held responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout, but reach out right away and we'll do what we can.
