How to measure a T-shirt
A: Length
Place the end of a measuring tape beside the collar at the high point of the shoulder. Pull the tape to the bottom of the shirt.

B: Width
Place the end of the tape at the seam under one sleeve and pull it across the shirt to the seam under the opposite sleeve.

C: Sleeve length
Place one end of the tape at the top of the set-in sleeve, then pull it down to the sleeve hem.

Shipping Time

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes:

  • International: 7–20 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

Total time from order to delivery is usually 5–10 business days for US orders, with international orders taking longer.

Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves the fulfillment center. If you don’t see it after your order has been in production for several business days, check your spam folder before reaching out.

US orders under $49.99 are charged the available shipping rate shown at checkout. US orders of $49.99 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

International shipping rates are shown at checkout based on destination and may vary.

International Orders

We ship to most countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. These are collected by the carrier or customs agency and are not included in your order total.

Multiple Items

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on where each item is fulfilled. If that happens, you may receive more than one tracking number and packages may arrive on different days.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once fulfillment begins, changes may no longer be possible. Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require an additional shipping charge to resend.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive, contact us at info@oblongboxco.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we’ll make it right.
Care

Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low. Avoid bleach and ironing directly over the printed design.
Returns

Because each shirt is printed to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse. Please check the sizing guide before ordering.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll make it right. Contact us with your order details and a photo of the issue so we can arrange a replacement.
